Mission Statement
J. H. Hull Middle School is committed to fostering a safe, responsible, and respectful school environment that promotes success through achievement, citizenship, and effort.
School History
Our school is named after the first superintendent of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Unified School District, Dr. John Henrich Hull. Dr. Hull served as superintendent from 1947 to 1970, a period when TUSD grew from 4 to 41 schools. Our school opened in 1970 and was originally built using steel portables from Madison School in North ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ, which closed in 1969.
In 2008 ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ voters approved Measures Y and Z, which allowed for a rebuild of our school. Hull's brand new campus opened in Fall of 2011 and is currently the district's most technologically wired and environmentally efficient campus.
